It’s important to indulge when you’re feeling blue, and what better way to do it than by binge-watching TV shows? But not any kind of TV. For the SADs, the best thing to watch are shows that are set in a bright, sunny place, where all kinds of colors grace the screen and where happiness is to be had. Here’s a list of a few shows to get you started.
HART OF DIXIE
The southern belles alone will make you crave lemonade, summer wear and sunlit strolls!
I’m on the record as saying that I would never watch this show after I watched the three first episodes. I WAS SO VERY WRONG. I don’t know what my life would be like without these characters, and they have gotten me through the crappiest parts of January.
PARKS AND RECREATION
I mean… I dare you not to smile. This is the best, funniest show on TV right now, and I thank Taylor Brogan and Gabby Costa from the bottom of my heart for making me watch it.
All these shows are available on (American) Netflix. Get watching, and forget the horribleness of winter!
